Delicious Aloo Kay Kabab Recipe in Urdu and English by Zubaida Apa at Masala TV program Handi. Try this tasty recipes for Ramadan and Eid ul Fitr 2014-2015.

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Boiled Potatoes ½ kg
  2. Rice Flour 3 tbsp
  3. Crushed Mustard seeds 2 tbsp
  4. Finely Chopped Green Chilies 2
  5. Crushed White Cumin ½ tbsp
  6. Salt as required
  7. Finely Chopped Green Coriander ½ bunch
  8. Oil 2 tbsp

METHOD:

  1. First mash and peel ½ kg potatoes.
  2. Now add 3 tbsp rice flour, 2 tbsp crushed mustard seeds, 2 finely chopped green chilies, ½ tbsp crushed white cumin, salt to taste and ½ bunch chopped green coriander and mix it properly.
  3. Now grease your hands and make shami kababs.
  4. Now heat the pan and grease it and fry the kababs from both the sides.
  5. Now serve it with green tamarind chutney.
