Khati Methi Chatni Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. Tamarind 250 gm
  2. Dry Ginger Powder 3 tbsp
  3. Roasted Cumin Powder 1 tbsp
  4. Jaggery 2 tbsp
  5. Red Chili Flakes 1 tbsp
  6. Black Salt a pinch

Method:

  1. • Soak Tamarind in warm water and take out its pulp.
  2. • Deseed them and add it in the non-stick pan. Add in dry ginger powder, roasted cumin, jiggery and 1 tbsp red chili flakes and cook it on a low flame.
  3. • When the jiggery melts, add in a pinch of black salt.
  4. • Pour it in jar and use whenever it is required.
