Makhadi Halwa Recipe
- Milk – 2 cups
- Ghee – 1 cup
- Water – 1 cup
- Sugar – 1 cup
- Semolina – 1 cup
- Lightly beaten eggs – 2
- Green cardamoms powder – 1 tsp
- Chopped almond and pistachio – 4 tbsp
Take a pan and Cook water and sugar until sugar dissolves in. Now take a non-stick pan or wok, add ghee, milk and semolina, fry on low heat until semolina turns light brown. It will take 15 to 20 minutes.
Then add sugar syrup, cardamom powder, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Then take it off of the flame and gradually add egg, keep stirring until egg mixes well. Then add half quantity of nuts and put on dum for 5 minutes. Garnish with remaining nuts and serve hot.
