Flour ½ kg
Yeast 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Ghee as required
Cream 1 cup
Sugar 2 tbsp
Water as required
In a bowl add ½ kg flour, 1 tsp yeast, ½ tsp salt, 1 cup cream and 2 tbsp sugar along with the required water and knead it.
Now roll the dough and put ½ cup ghee and sprinkle flour and roll it.
Now cut the rolled balls with the knife and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Now roll it in roti form and fry it with ghee. Delicious reshmi parathay are ready.
