Hence, experts suggest to go for speaker or a headset plus, avoid placing your phones nearer to you while sleeping.

Covering Your Head During Sleep

Sleeping with your head covered with a blanket impedes oxygen to enter in body. This way we breathe in an atmosphere with ‘recycled’ air, drenched in carbon dioxide. And, this scenario generates limited oxygen for our brain.
